Processing Period
Orders placed before 5PM will be processed for dispatch the following working day and sent for dispatch within 24 hours. If you place your order after 5PM, your order may not be processed the following working day and can take up to 48 hours to be processed.
Following the processing period, your order will then be dispatched via the service selected at checkout and will be delivered within the corresponding timeframe (also displayed at checkout). Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, Bank Holidays, Eid, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day and other public holidays are processed the next available working day.
Free Delivery
From time to time, we may offer free delivery. For example, this could be in the form of a coupon code or a minimum spend at checkout. Delivery timeframes for coupon codes will be displayed within the Terms & Condition of the coupon code. Delivery timeframes for free delivery on minimum spends will be displayed at checkout.
Terms & Conditions for ‘Minimum Spend Free Delivery’: When available, free delivery thresholds are stated at checkout and are subject to our general Terms & Conditions. Unless stated, discounts cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied to any order. Items already reduced in price, may also excluded from offers. Offers can be amended or withdrawn at any time. Discounts/offers which reduce the order total to below the stated ‘Free Delivery’ threshold will mean the order does not qualify and the total will have to once again be increased to be at/above the stated threshold for free delivery.
International Delivery
International delivery can be made on orders with a minimum spend of £200, such orders cannot be placed directly via our website. Please contact us if you wish to ship an order outside of the UK.
Couriers used for this delivery method may vary depending on your location. Tracking details will be provided to you post purchase.
Exchanges & Returns
We permit exchanges and returns, should your order/products meet our Returns Policy.
Pre-Order Products
If you’ve placed an order for a ‘Pre Order’ product, your item(s) will be delivered within the time frame stated on the product page itself. If you cannot see a timeframe, please contact us. We shall not be held liable for any ignorance to delivery timeframes for pre-order products.
If you have placed an order that also includes standard products (that aren’t subject to pre-order status), they will be delivered within the same time frame as the pre-order product. If you’re looking to receive standard products sooner, please order them as a separate purchase to ensure they are delivered in a time frame that suits you.
Out of Stock Products
From time to time, some products might be out of stock. In the event that a product you’ve ordered is out of stock (and has not been updated on this website), we will contact you via the email provided at checkout to update you/request a replacement product. If no replacement is desired, a refund for the out-of-stock product(s) will be processed. If we do not receive a response to our replacement request email within 2 days, the closest alternative to the out-of-stock product(s) will be sent.
Delivery Issues
On rare occasions, there can sometimes be issues with deliveries. If the parcel has not yet been dispatched (you haven’t yet received the dispatch email) please contact us and a member of the team will look into this for you.

Holiday Hours
If delivery delays should be expected due to holiday hours, you will be notified during the checkout process. For example, this could be due to national holidays or the Christmas period etc.
