General Duties:
- Welcome and greet customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Promotion of HSC products, services and loyalty schemes
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments
- Manage point-of-sale processes
- Balancing cash registers with receipts
- Stock management, refilling of sweet bins
- Daily tidying and upkeep, wiping down surfaces and general cleaning procedures
- Responsible handling of customer enquiries
- Receiving and storing deliveries to the kiosk
- Business to business sales
- Management of HSC phone line
- Building of local customer base
