Even though returns, cancellations and exchanges are not common for us, we can accept them if our policies have been followed. If you would like to return/exchange your order, please contact us as soon as possible and a member of the team will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Returns Policy 

Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and unopened, with your packing slip inside the parcel. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. Exchanges and refunds will not be sent until your items have been checked and comply with our Returns Policy. If you have purchased any products from our ‘Pick & Mix’ range, please note that returns will not be accepted due to the nature of the product.

How to Return Your Order 

Once you’ve read through our Returns Policy and still wish to cancel your recent order, please follow the steps outlined below and a member of the team get back to you as soon as possible. 

  • Contact us via the contact form as soon as possible. Please include your order number and the full name entered in the billing section during the checkout process. In the message section of the form, please outline the reason for your return/cancellation. 
  • A member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible to let you know if your returns request has been accepted or denied. 
  • If accepted, you’ll be supplied with instructions on how to complete the return of your item(s). 

Cancellations Policy 

You have the right to cancel the purchase without having to give a reason within the “cooling off period” of 3 hours, which begins once your order has been placed. 

If you are in possession of the goods, you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us at your own cost, unless otherwise agreed with a member of the team. This could be due to the item(s) being damaged, defective or sent in error. 

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense. 

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible. Usually, this process is completed within 10 days of your cancellation, but in some instances can take up to 30 days. 

You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of any item made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Our Right to Withdraw/Refund Your Order 

We withhold the right to cancel, refund or partially refund your order at any time during the order processing and completion period. We will never cancel an order without refunding your money completely.
