Delivery Options and Couriers

Processing Period: 

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Orders placed before 5PM are usually processed for dispatch the following working day and sent for dispatch within 48 hours. For example, an order placed on the 1st at 4PM will be processed on the 2nd sent on the 3rd – an order placed on the 1st at 9PM may not be processed immediately the next working day on the 3rd for dispatch by the 4th. 

Dispatch Period: 

Following this they are dispatched and have either a 1-3 working day processing period (typically 1 via DHL) or 3-5 (typically 3 via Royal Mail) dependant on the chosen delivery method selected at checkout. 

Tracking details will be provided to you post purchase, via email or SMS by the courier service you’ve selected at checkout. Orders placed on weekends, bank holidays, Eid, and other public holidays are processed the next available working day. 

Free shipping is available to purchases with a minimum spend of £35. Free shipping options will also sometimes be available under various circumstances such as promotional deals. We do not offer free shipping on any international deliveries placed on this site.

Tracking details will be provided to you post purchase, via email or SMS by the courier service you’ve selected at checkout.

International delivery can be made on orders with a minimum spend of £200. Please contact us if you wish to create an order from outside of the UK.

Exchanges & Returns

Pre Order Products

If you’ve placed an order for a ‘Pre Order’ product, your item(s) will be delivered within the time frame stated on the product page itself – if you cannot see a time frame please contact us. We shall not be held liable for any ignorance to delivery time-frames for pre-order products.

If you have placed an order that also includes standard products (that aren’t subject to pre-order status), they will be delivered within the same time frame as the pre-order product. If you’re looking to receive standard products sooner, please order them as a separate purchase to ensure they are delivered in a time frame that suits you.

Out of Stock Products

From time to time, some products might be out of stock. In the event that a product you’ve ordered is out of stock (and has not been updated on this website), we will contact you via the email provided at checkout to update you/request a replacement product. If no replacement is desired, a refund for the out of stock product(s) will be processed. If we do not receive a response to the ‘update you/request a replacement’ email within 2 days, the closest alternative to the out of stock product(s) will be sent.

Delivery Issues

On rare occasions, there can sometimes be issues with deliveries. If the parcel has not yet been dispatched (you haven’t yet received the dispatch email) please contact us and a member of the team will look into this for you.

If you have received the order dispatch email, you’ll need to contact DHL directly with your tracking number and delivery post code. You can contact us for the tracking number if you cannot find it in your mailbox, please send your request to us with your order number (this is separate to the tracking number). Once you have obtained the tracking number, you can track your parcel here.

Holiday Hours

If delivery delays should be expected due to holiday hours, you will be notified during the checkout process. This could be due to national holidays or the Christmas period etc.
